本日も新鮮で美味しい食材を用意しています。
季節外れながらも良いサザエを入手できましたので、肝和え復活です。
また、カマスの焼き物もご用意しておりますので、ぜひ味わってみてください。

猪のロースは、焼き物かしゃぶしゃぶで提供。

We have prepared fresh and delicious ingredients today as well.
Although out of season, we were able to obtain good turban shells, so the liver simmered dish is back.
We also have grilled barracuda available, so please give it a try.

Wild boar loin is served either grilled or as shabu-shabu.
There are also a few dishes not listed on the menu, so we will inform you about them when you visit.

There are available seats, so please come by!
