純血アグー島黒(しまくるー)

待ちに待った純血アグー島黒、ついに入荷しました。夏の間は仕入れが難しくお待たせしましたが、9月になり登場です。脂の甘さとしっかりした肉質が特徴で、口に広がる旨味をぜひ楽しんでください。

半頭で仕入れていますので、様々な部位が楽しめます。通常は2種類の盛り合わせを提供していますが、ご希望があれば特定の部位もご用意可能です。

また、コースも島黒に変更していますのでご利用ください。
合わせて飲み放題の日本酒も増やしました。

Junketsu Agu Shimakuro

The long-awaited purebred Agu Shimakuro has finally arrived. It was difficult to procure during the summer and we apologize for the wait, but it is now available in September. Its features include the sweetness of the fat and a firm meat texture—please enjoy the umami that fills your mouth.

We purchase by half head, so you can enjoy a variety of cuts. Usually, we offer two types of assorted platters, but if you have a preference, we can also prepare specific parts for you.

Additionally, courses have been switched to Shimakuro, so please take advantage of this.
We have also increased the selection of all-you-can-drink sake.
