We can offer natural raw tuna and winter flounder.

Sweet and savory simmered monkfish liver
Salt-water cooked cod milt is served chilled
Marinated herring roe and udo in dashi broth

Persimmon and black beans dressed in tofu sauce
Miso-marinated karasumi and bigfin reef squid

Also, only a few portions of Shimane wild boar loin remain.
