Today we had a meeting about wine and are preparing so that we can offer wines that pair well with our dishes starting next month.

I look forward to new discoveries and I'm excited. I want to pair wines that naturally match the food, rather than forcing the dishes to suit a special wine. I would be happy if you could enjoy wine as you do sake.
