本日は、福岡県宗像市より力強い野菜たちを送っていただきました。
自然の恵みをたっぷり含んだ菜花、蕾菜、赤くらかぶなど、新鮮な食材が揃っています。

この力のある野菜たちをどのように仕上げるか、楽しみながら考えます。
橙も送っていただいたので、自家製のポン酢も仕込む予定です。

明日はお休みをいただいております。

Today, we have received powerful vegetables from Munakata City, Fukuoka Prefecture.
We have a selection of fresh ingredients including nanohana (rapeseed blossoms), tsubomina, akakurakabu (red turnip), and more, all filled with the blessings of nature.

I am excited to think about how best to prepare these powerful vegetables.
We also received daidai (bitter orange), so I plan to make homemade ponzu as well.

We will be closed tomorrow.
