メニュー、少しずつ変更です。
写真はまるみ豚とかつお菜のごはん。
豚の脂が溶け込み、少しパラリとした仕上がりに。
お米の選定も再考し、粒感と程よい粘りを持つものに。

料理に合うワインも少しづつ増やしていきます。

The menu is being changed little by little.
The photo shows rice with Marumi pork and katsuona greens.
The pork fat melts in, resulting in a slightly fluffy finish.
We've also reconsidered our rice selection, choosing one with a good grain texture and moderate stickiness.

We will gradually increase the selection of wines that pair well with our dishes.

We look forward to seeing you today as well.
