Delicious ingredients from various regions are arriving one after another, such as Amakusa sea bream and salmon, Munakata katsuo greens and carrots, and Toyama firefly squid.

We also have monkfish liver and oysters available, but these will end as soon as they are gone, so please come early.

Reservations are still available for every Wednesday and Thursday.
