今日はお客さん持ち込みのワイン会でした!

普段通りの料理を楽しんでもらいましたが、意外なワインとのペアリングで新しい発見もありました。
お客様と一緒に新しい発見をできるのは、本当にありがたいです。

そして、明日はちょっと特別な日。
磯蔵酒造の試飲会に参加しますので、店舗はお休みになります。日本酒の奥深さを学ぶ絶好の機会なので、しっかり楽しんできます!

来週からもまた新しい発見を求めて頑張りますので、宜しくお願いします。

Today was a wine party where customers brought their own bottles!

Although everyone enjoyed the usual dishes, there were some new discoveries made through unexpected wine pairings.
I am truly grateful to be able to make new discoveries together with you.

And tomorrow is a bit of a special day.
I will be participating in a sake tasting event at Isozō Shuzō, so the restaurant will be closed. It's a perfect opportunity to learn about the depth of Japanese sake, so I am going to thoroughly enjoy it!

I will keep working hard in search of new discoveries from next week as well, so thank you for your continued support.
