Tochigi Wagyu Takumi Zabuton is served with special tomato miso, corn, and fava beans.

If you would like to enjoy it with rice, please feel free to let us know.
We will prepare freshly cooked rice in an earthenware pot.

Also, fresh Japanese pepper berries have arrived again this week. We are preparing them while waiting for your visit.
