初夏のひと月、皆様に支えられ充実した6月を過ごすことができました。7月も引き続きより良い提案を考えていきます。

7月のお休みは19日と20日になります。
その他の日程については、決まり次第お知らせいたしますので、よろしくお願いします。

また、特製の梅味噌が完成しました。この梅味噌は1ヶ月寝かし仕上げました。しゃぶしゃぶや焼き物のアクセントとしてお楽しみいただけます。

じっくり炊き上げた鮎は炊き合わせに。

Thanks to everyone's support, I was able to spend a fulfilling June during the first month of early summer. I will continue to come up with even better proposals in July.

We will be closed on July 19th and 20th.
Regarding other dates, we will inform you as soon as they are decided, so please look forward to it.

Additionally, our special plum miso is ready. This plum miso has been aged for a month. You can enjoy it as an accent for shabu-shabu or grilled dishes.

The ayu (sweetfish), slowly simmered, is prepared together with other ingredients.

We sincerely look forward to your visit.
